Is The Think Tank an advisory firm?
No. It's a consulting and engineering practice that starts with thinking. We don't sell strategy decks, due diligence or fractional roles — the thinking we do is in service of something we're going to fix or build with you. If what you need is pure advice, we'll say so and point you to the right people.
So what does a think tank actually deliver?
Working software and the decisions behind it: an audit with a fix list we then work through, a production system that stops falling over, a shipped product, or senior engineers inside your team. Documents exist to explain the work, not to replace it.
How do you price engagements?
Fixed price for scoped work (audits, sprints, roadmaps); monthly retainers for embedded teams. You'll always know the number before we start.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We're based in India and work with clients in India and abroad — remote-first, on-site when it matters.
Can you pick up a project another vendor left behind?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We audit first, tell you honestly what you have, then stabilise it with your team before we improve it.
