Privacy policy

This policy explains what Askaria ("we") collects when you use askaria.in or contact us, and what we do with it. Short version: as little as possible, and never sold.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email, phone, company and your message — when you email, call or use the contact form.
- Basic analytics — pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type — collected in aggregate to understand what's useful.
- Abuse prevention — a keyed hash of your IP address and browser type when you submit the contact form, kept for up to 24 hours to rate-limit the form. We never store the raw IP.
What we use it for
- Replying to you and delivering the work you asked about.
- Sending early-access or launch updates you explicitly requested. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Improving this website.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't share your information with third parties except service providers (email, hosting) who process it on our instructions. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as the conversation or engagement is live, then for up to 24 months. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@askaria.in. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and honour GDPR requests from EU residents.
